Investor Connect BD may collect account details, contact information, business information, investor preferences, application documents, communication records and workflow activity.
Purpose of processing
Information is processed for onboarding, identity and business verification, funding assessment, investor matching, communication, meetings, due diligence coordination, compliance and audit purposes.
Confidential documents
Sensitive documents are stored outside the public web directory. Access must be limited by role and legitimate business purpose. Public opportunity pages must not expose NID data, bank statements or confidential financial records.
Retention and security
Production retention periods, access logging, backups, incident response and deletion procedures must be approved before launch.
