Investor Connect BD facilitates application collection, verification, assessment, matchmaking, communication and deal administration. It does not guarantee investment, repayment, return or business performance.
User responsibility
Users must submit complete, accurate and genuine information. Forged, misleading or incomplete documents may cause rejection, suspension and further action.
Investment decisions
Investors and entrepreneurs remain responsible for independent evaluation, professional advice, due diligence and final commercial decisions.
Fees
Any processing, verification, advisory, monitoring or success fee must be disclosed separately and accepted before it becomes payable.
